1 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register as a 88fb member, you must meet the following requirements without exception. Registrations that do not meet these requirements may be cancelled at any time, with or without prior notice.

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not listed on any gambling exclusion list or any platform self-exclusion list.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not currently holding an active 88fb account or one previously closed due to a terms violation.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. If our system detects more than one account linked to the same identity, IP address, device, or payment information, all associated accounts may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Balances in accounts found to be in violation of this rule may be forfeited.

2 Deposits & Withdrawals

• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless an obvious technical error has occurred.
• Parlay bets are subject to the platform's maximum win limits as set from time to time.
• 88fb reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to data errors or system malfunctions.

5 Member Conduct & Prohibitions

88fb members are expected to maintain respectful and ethical conduct while using the platform, especially in the Live Casino environment where interaction with dealers and other players is involved.

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or manipulate outcomes.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or table games.
• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at dealers, staff, or other members.
• Attempting to identify or reveal the identity of dealers or platform staff.
• Uploading or sharing screenshots of live game sessions without prior written consent from 88fb.

• 88fb's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• 88fb is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

88fb reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

• Temporary Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for the duration of an investigation. During this period, members will be unable to log in, deposit, or withdraw funds.
• Permanent Closure: Accounts found to be in serious violation of the terms may be permanently closed. Depending on the severity of the violation, balances may be forfeited or refunded.
• Voluntary Self-Closure: Members may request account self-closure at any time through the 88fb customer support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be processed within 5 business days.
